APSF Second Quarterly Report – The Heat is On

Last year was the hottest year on record. The warmer atmosphere and warmer
oceans have contributed to record breaking rain and floods in western Queensland and up and down the east coast of Australia while parts of western Victoria and South Australia suffer prolonged drought.
